                                                My Favorite Turkish Holiday

            My favorite holiday in Turkey is Ramadan Bayram. It isn’t celebareted at a specific time, because it is celebareted according to the Julian calendar. Every year  it is celebrated ten days earlier. Ramadan Bayram is also called another Sweet Bayram. Muslim people don’t drink, eat, or have sex from sunrise to sunset in one month. This month’s name is Ramadan. After one month, it is celebrated for three days. I am always happy on my favorite holiday because we always eat my favorite food and with family and friends. One month we don’t eat whereof the name abstinence after that when we eat food makes very happy. Generally the food is sweet such as, baklava, milk puddings, chocolate and candy etc. On the Ramadan Bayram the peoples are elegant and nice, and peoples are generous because the adults are give the money many childeren after kiss one’s hands.

            My strongest memory from the first month in the IEP is get mixed feelings about something. Our class’s didn’t find so I was brust with excitement. I thought my English level one very low, therfore I sad, on the other hand foundation is many important. I get used to a situation hard. First days, I did a little bit understand my teachers Margareta and Amanda this case was so difficult, but know I understand my teachers. My classmates were diffrent countrys, I knew this situation and I (or who?) had quite an experience for me. I met our teacher Margareta in IEP introduction day and I love her and we had lucky. I felt happy when I came U.S. Now, I’m feel so happy nice to meeting you all my classmate.

I like this song because I love San Francisco. This song makes me feel again remember San Francisco. Last month, I went with my friends and so beautiful trip. This city is full of spiritual energy. The song is feel inner peace for me. The best think a bout this song is good music and best lyrics. The reason this song is popular is so emotional and Bennett is good voice. My favorite line in the song is When I come home to you, San Francisco, Your golden sun will shine for me.  The line meaning, the city is my home and always I feel good my home, darling or God lively sun is only for me, because sense myself. When I listen to this song, I remember California and San Francisco and Golden Gate so full happy days.

My Sister

My Sister’s  Name Is Nuray

Nuray is an adventurous and kind person.  She lives in Antalya. When I was a child she taught me lessons, because she wanted to be a teacher. Now, she is a teacher. Five months ago, she came to me in Ankara and I was happy to see her.  When she comes to Ankara we go shopping and to restaurants and visit with our family. Before she comes to Ankara, I prepare my house, because she don’t like it dirty. I cook her favorite food. Her favorite foods are vegetables or fish. Last year, she came to Ankara and we went to her daughter in Germany. I love Germany and we spent a very special time there. 

My Spring Break

My Spring Break Was Very Good

My Spring break was full of activity, enjoyable, exciting and beneficial. Most days, I slept little because I went to a lot of places. On the first day, I went to Los Angles by plane and stayed in a hotel. On the second day, we started at 7:00 pm and we went to Las Vegas by bus. The weather was very good, so I was happy. In the afternoon, I arrived in Las Vegas to a hotel, and at night I walked on the Avenue and watch a live concert, and a laser show on the Avenue. After I went with friends to gamble in a hotel. I didn’t lose any money but I didn’t win money (not only lose but also win money). (In our country say, if you’re lost any money at gamble, you win love). On the third day, I went to the Grand Canyon by bus at 5:00 pm. It was so beautiful I was relaxed and excited. I came back to Las Vegas to the hotel and again we gamble. On the fourth day, I came back Los Angles, but it was a very long trip by bus. The bus stopped over at then M&M’s chocolate factory in the morning. In the afternoon, the bus stopped over at a courtyard and I ate lunch and at an outlet shopping mall. In the evening, I arrived in Los Angles in a hotel, and then, with my friends we went on a city tour. We saw Beverley Hills and Hollywood Avenue, and I took a lot of photos. On the fifth day, I started the trip to San Francisco 7:00 pm. First of all I visited the Hearst Castle, and then I arrived in San Francisco in a hotel at 8:00 am. I went to sleep early because the day after, in the morning at 5:00 am. the travel would start. We went on a city tour and finished the day. I love SF. I think SF is the best city because the art is very productive city plan and landscape is very beautiful. Golden Gate bridge is wonderful. It looks the, same as a movie. On the last day, I woke at 4:00 am. My bus started out at 5:00 am, and I went to Yosemite National Park. The park’s natural beauty was enjoyable and exciting. It is very big. The day finished and I was happy, but very tired. On Saturday morning I came back at home.
